The ELCA Outreach Center in Kenosha is always looking for the following items:

• Plastic Grocery Bags

• Coffee

• Sugar

• Creamer

Donations can be dropped off with me, OR at their center during THEIR hours: Donations are accepted Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm.. See site for more details.

The Sunflower agency is looking for your old paint! We hold free painting events and classes so we are looking to refill our paint stock. We love to up-cycle and can dye the paint ourselves so bring us ANY color or matte!

I love up-cycling, and turning left overs into unique treasures is a specialty of mine!  So I would love your left overs. Have a chunk of 2x4 left, strong corner supports for that new couch you bought, some pieces of sheet metal? These are the things I love to turn into paintings! I will stretch fabric over it, and cover it in gesso to turn it into a canvas, OR maybe I'll just paint right on the raw material! The only limit is your imagination. I save these things for our painting events. Your donations help me host the event for free. 

I love making scrap yarn projects! They are unique and have so much character! From blankets, to hoodies, baby hats, to toys, to stuffing FOR the toys, scrap yarn will always be put to good use around here!
